Sony Ericsson today announced a smaller version of the X10 Xperia , Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 at CommunicAsia 2010.
Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 formerly known as Sony Ericsson Shakira runs on Android 1.6 and has a 3 « TFT capacitive touchscreen, 600MHz processor, four corners of unemployment, 3.5 mm headphone jack 3.2 megapixel camera, video, LBS, A-GPS, Timescape , FM radio, support for Bluetooth stereo (A2DP), micro-USB connector, a bar-code scanner, WiFi, 2GB microSD card support up to 16 GB.
X8 Xperia comes in 5 colors, namely white, dark blue / white, aqua blue / white, pink / white and silver / white and has a slot for a Q3 launch in selected markets.
Sony Ericsson also said that X10 X10 and X10 Mini Mini Pro software updates get into Q3 and the additional features will be added to X10 in Q4.
